What is Olympian AI?

Olympian is an AI Receptionist built for home service businesses

It handles inbound conversations with your new leads by responding immediately, qualifying them, answering questions, and setting up the next step in your sales process (e.g. the estimate appointment).

Your Olympian AI Receptionist can handle leads that come through via phone, text message, email, your website, 3rd party lead gen platforms, and social media messaging channels like Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.

How does the AI technology work and can I customize it?

When you set up your Olympian account, we use some high level information about your business to train a customized version of the AI specifically for your business (you can even name it!). 

For example, what services do you provide, what is your service area, are there specific  qualification questions you'd like your AI Receptionist to ask new clients, etc. 

Once your AI Receptionist starts handling new clients, you can then provide feedback to help it get better and better. 

For example, you can instruct it to be more casual vs professional, or answer specific questions a certain way.

Sometimes I’d prefer to handle a new client conversation myself. Can I pause my AI Receptionist?


Yes! You can pause/unpause it anytime in the ‘Settings’ section of the web app.

You can manage it at the account level (ie set operating hours so it just runs on evenings / weekends / holidays)...

Or you can enable/disable it on a client by client basis if there are some conversations you'd prefer to jump into manually.

Step 2 - Answer a few simple questions to help your AI Receptionist get to know to your business

Step 3 - We'll give you a new local business phone # (or you can connect your existing one)

Step 4 - Sit back and relax while your AI Receptionist starts handling new customer inquiries 🎉

It will gather client details, project info, qualify the lead, and book an estimate appointment.

Every time it handles a customer inquiry, we’ll notify you and share all of the details, including the conversation transcript... so you can decide if / how you like to proceed.
